Q&A & Important Information:

• Sequence of Hair and Makeup:
Please note the sequence in which hair and makeup will be provided, and let us know who would like to have their services performed first. We recommend the bride has her makeup done last to ensure she looks flawless for the big moment.

• Arrival Timing:
The timing of arrival for each member of the bridal party is crucial to ensure our services are provided on time and completed as scheduled. Please arrive at your designated time to help us stay on track.

• Style Changes on the Day:
If there are any changes to your style between your trial appointment and the final wedding day, please note that the quote and final pricing may change based on the updated styles, including any adjustments to timing. We will do our best to accommodate these changes on the day, but please keep in mind that the more notice we have, the smoother the process will be.

• Hair and Beauty Packages:
Our hair and beauty packages are based on the assumption of day makeup and GHD curls. If you’d like a different styling option, please let us know ahead of time to ensure we can adjust the quote accordingly.
We require images of the Bridal Party's own hair and desired style/up-style (from Google, Pinterest, etc.), including "waves and types of curls" for the bride and the bridal party. Please TEXT images with bridal party names to: 0410 514 190 as close to the time of booking as possible.

• Deposit:
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your services. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.

• Trial Pricing:
We highly recommend scheduling a trial prior to your wedding day to ensure you’re completely happy with your chosen look. If you’re unsure about your final style, the trial is a great opportunity to experiment and make adjustments.
Please note that the pricing for the trial will be the same as the final look on the day of the wedding. If any changes are made between the trial and the wedding day (whether to the style or timing), the cost may vary, but the trial price will remain consistent with the final booking.

• Changes to Your Appointment:
We kindly ask that you inform us of any changes to your styling or group details at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will help us ensure that we can accommodate your needs and provide the best possible service.

• Liability for Changes of Mind:
Ace is not liable for any refunds if there is a change of mind once the members of the bridal party have confirmed their party position or arrived for their trial or final date.
